We created Faculty of Energy & Consciousness Studies to make insightful teachings on Sexual energy, Symbolic hand gestures (Aka Ume), Conscious breathing (Iku Ume Ndu) and other meditative practices within the Odinani framework accessible to everyone, from curious learners to dedicated practitioners.

We named this faculty Energy & Consciousness Studies because its teachings lay the foundation for understanding how consciousness works, and for experiencing life as a conscious being through the lens of Igbo cosmology.

What Counts as a "Complete Teaching"?

Each teaching in each faculty will follow a consistent format and include:

A written article on the topic
An audio version of the article for those who prefer to listen
A customized lesson designed to help you internalize and apply what you’ve learned

A teaching is considered complete only when all three formats are available, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
