What to expect with Dibia Insights Faculty🐊

A collection of 50 teachings as the first step.

We created Dibia Insights Faculty to give you direct access to the voices of multiple Igbo Dibias, their teachings, their wisdom, and their unique perspectives, shared in both Igbo and English. You may be wondering: What’s the plan? How many teachings can we expect? How many Dibias will be featured?

We’re glad you asked, and yes, we do have a plan.

Everything we do at Odinani Mystery School is intentionally mapped out, and Dibia Insights Faculty is no exception. Our goal is to share up to 50 teachings from multiple Dibias over the next 18 months. These teachings will include recorded audio lessons (and sometimes videos, when possible), accompanied by written lesson notes.

While we’d love to deliver new teachings as frequently as possible, ideally every other month, please keep in mind that the timeline depends largely on the Dibias we collaborate with. Each one has their own process, and we deeply respect that. Still, you can trust that we’ll continue working diligently to make each teaching available to you as soon as it’s ready.

So, what can you expect?
Fifty unique teachings, delivered over 18 months, from several Igbo mystical experts, offering you diverse insights across a wide range of Odinani topics.

And once we reach that goal? That doesn’t mean the journey ends. If new opportunities arise to share more teachings from more Dibias in the future, we’ll gladly expand the collection. But reaching 50 means we’ve fulfilled our original vision for the faculty.

For those with independent enrollment, as part of your access to this faculty, you also gain access to Ndi Gboo Digital Library — a growing resource hub that includes:

  • Research articles

  • Rare, never-before-seen video footage

  • Historical photographs

  • Archival writings from Oma’s Garden

New materials are added weekly, giving you rich content for personal study, research, and deeper exploration.

We hope you make the most of it, and enjoy the journey.

Thank you for trusting us to do this work.
