Oji (Iroko) Tree In Igbo Tradition
Orji or Oji Chukwu, is a sacred tree in Igbo spirituality. Its connection with ancestral spaces, wealth, longevity, Udo, Ogwugwu, and reincarnation reveals a philosophy of continuity—what begins in one generation can take root, grow, and become the foundation of another.
